- 2 cups almond milk- 1 serve SHRED ULTRA TROPICANA- 1 cup frozen mango- 1 cup frozen pineapple- 1 frozen banana
Simply blend all ingredients together. Shake well and pour into Icy pole mould. Place in the stick. Set in freezer for 5 hours or overnight.

- 1 cup fresh watermelon- 1 serve SHRED ULTRA WATERMELON- 1 frozen banana- 1 /2 cup frozen raspberries- Splash of almond milk as needed
Simply add all ingredients into a blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into a bowl and top with more fresh watermelon. Enjoy!

- 1 cup unsweetened plain almond milk- 1/4 cup chia seeds- 2 tbsp clean vegan salted caramel- 1 serve SHRED ULTRA BLUE RASPBERRY- 1 tsp vanilla- 2 tbsp jam of choice (we love st dalfords)- 1/4 cup coconut yoghurt- Handful of granola (optional)- Fresh blueberries and mulberries (toppings)
Combine chia seeds, protein, SHRED and almond milk in a bowl and set in the fridge. Remove from the fridge when chia seeds having formed a pudding like consistency and layer in a jar with coconut yoghurt, jam and top with fresh berries and granola.

- 1 serve SHRED ULTRA GRAPE- 1 cup of ice- 1/2 frozen banana - 1 pack acai frozen sachet (unsweetened)- Handful of fresh grapes - 1 cup of almond milk
Simply add all ingredients into a blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into a jar or cup of choice, we love to top ours with more grapes and a sprinkle of coconut. Enjoy!

- 1 cup desiccated coconut (more for rolling)- 1 cup cashew nut meal (pulsed cashews)- 1/4 cup flax meal - 1/4 cup clean vegan protein salted caramel- 1 cup peanut butter - 1/4 cup coconut oil - 1/4 cup honey (or more nut butter) - Pulp of 1 fresh passionfruit- 1 serve SHRED ULTRA PASSIONFRUIT
Add cashew nuts in a food processor or high speed blender and blend till fine. Melt coconut oil if solidified. Combine dry ingredients in one bowl and all the wet ingredients in another. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet and combine till a crumbly texture forms. Roll into bite sized balls, cover in coconut and set in the fridge until firm.

- 1 cup coconut yoghurt- 1 tbsp clean vegan vanilla protein- 1 serve SHRED ULTRA PASSIONFRUIT- 2 fresh passionfruit- Squeeze of lemon - Handful of farmer jo salted caramel granola
Mix coconut yoghurt, protein, SHRED and passionfruit pulp until a thick mousse has formed. Layer in a jar, add more passionfruit and granola.
