The new building, first in the history of the school district tobe financed without a bond issue, is intended not merely to relieveovercrowding at the high school but also to give better opportunitiuto the 50 per cent ot the hi~h school student body who are not pre •paring for colltge. This was brought out ~londay night by CharlesA. Parcells, president of the Grosse Pointe Boarri of Education, whoaddressed the high school Mothers club at a meeting- in the schoollibrary .
