March 2018• I-680 under SR 164 will be reduced to one lane in each direction for roadway widening and drainage improvements. Work will begin on the new interchange.• Construction of temporary pavement on SR 164 between I-680 and just south of the SR 164 bridge over the Ohio Turnpike. During this time, SR 164 will be reduced to one lane maintained by flaggers.

Mid-April 2018• SR 164 will be shifted, one lane of traffic maintained in each direction between I-680 and just south of the SR 164 bridge over the Ohio Turnpike through late October 2019.• Work will begin on the SR 164 and SR 626 roundabout and continue through October 2018.• The Ohio Turnpike will have various daily lane restrictions through late October 2018.

Mid- August 2018SR 626 north of SR 164 will be closed for 30 days for roundabout construction. The detour will be SR 164 to SR 7 to US 224 to I-680.

Early October 2018Seven day closure of the south leg of SR 626/164 interchange. The detour will be SR 626 to SR 165 to SR 164.

2018Work will begin in mid- March 2018 on a $11.6 million project to construct a new interchange at I-680 and SR 164.The project also includes the addition of a southbound lane on SR 164 between I-680 and SR 626, the addition of a southbound left turn lane on SR 164 at the SR 626 southbound junction, conversion of the SR 626 north junction to a single lane roundabout and the widening and replacement of the SR 164 bridge over I-76/Ohio Turnpike. The entire project is scheduled to be completed in November 2019.

November 2019• New Entrance and exit ramps and entrance on SR 164 and I-680 will open.• The new roundabout at SR 164 and SR 626 will be fully functional. • The new park and ride will open.
