Beginning by entering the Southerly right of Highway SR-205 at a point opposite approximate M.P. 36.01 = H.E.S. LR 604+81 with an existing 24" RCP sanitary sewer line and extendin·g in a Northerly direction along the Easterly side of Salmon Creek Avenue, (a county road) and crossing under the SR-205 LL Line and LR Line overcrossing to an existing manhole approximately 66' right of M.P. 36.03 = H.E.S. LR 605+98; thence, continuing Northerly along the Easterly side of said Salmon Creek Avenue with an existing 21" R. C. P. sanitary sewer line and leaving the Northerly right of way at a point opposite approximate M.P. 36.04 = H.E.S. LR 606+18.

Also: Beginning by entering the Northerly right of way of Highway SR-205 at a point opposite approximate M.P. 36.01 = H.E.S. LR 605+00 with a proposed 24" P.V.C. sanitary sewer line and extending in a Westerly direction and connecting to the previously described existing manhole opposite approximate M.P. 36.03 = H.E.S. LR 605+98.

All of the above described facilities are in the N.W. 1/4 of the S.W. 1/4 of .Section 25, T. 3N., R. 1E., W.M. in Clark County and are illustrated on ·the attached map designated as Exhibit "D", page 1.

Additional Special Provisions for Permit No. 9234

x 31. In lieu of a surety bond to insure compliance with the terms and conditions of this permit, Clark County agrees that the State may effect reimbursement of the amount necessary to restore the highway from the monthly fuel tax allotment which Clark County is normally entitled to receive from the Motor Vehicle Fund and in accordance with RCW 47.08.080.

x 32. No equipment shall be left unattended and no material shall be stored within the fence line of Highway SR-205 at any time.

x 33. Fence openings requir.ed in the construction of this proposed installation shall not be allowed to remain open overnight or when the construction site is unoccupied by the Utility or its contractor. Any livestock or unauthorized personnel entering the right of way of Highway SR-205 through these fence openings will be the sole responsibility of the Utility.

13. All crossings of road intersections surfaced with oil, asphalt concrete pavement or cement concrete pavement shall be accomplished by jacking, boring, or augering the cable or pipe under the ro-adway.

14. The cable or pipe shall be placed within a suitable encasement as specified on the attached exhibits. Said encasement pipe shall be jacked, bored, or augered through the highway grade with a minimum depth of 5 feet from top of casing to finished ro~d grade and a minimum of 3Y2 feet of depth from bottom of ditch to top of casing.

Real property situated in Clark County, Washington, lying within the Southwest quarter of Section 25, Township 3 North, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian, being all that portion of the right-of-way of Interstate 205 lying within a strip of land, 30.00 feet wide, lying 20.00 feet Southwesterly, and 10.00 feet Nort~easterly (measured at right angles) of the following described line:

Beginning at a point which is North 89° 07' 02" West 108.11 feet and South 0° 52' 58" West 6.99 feet from the Southeast corner of said Southwest quarter; thence North 44° 14' 33" West 780.59 feet; thence North 51° 26' 52n West 802.50 feet; thence North 47° 32' 06n West 4-68.75 feet; thence North 80° 33' 36" West 153.00 feet to the terminus of said line, said point being North 89° 07' 02" West 1798.42 feet and North 0° 52' 58" East 1368.04- feet fro.m the Southeast corner of said Southwest quarter.

ALSO a temporary construction easement, 50.00 feet in width along the Northeasterly side of the easement described above.
