The hansgrohe range of overhead

showers gives you the choice of round or

square heads, strikingly angular designs or

softly rounded corners. They are available

in chrome, or an attractive combination of

white and chrome. The shower heads in the

Rainmaker Select collection are the crème

de la crème in terms of design. The spray

disc is made from shatter-proof glass – either

modern white or elegant blank. Depending on

the type of overhead shower, there are three

different options: The shower head can be

either installed on the wall with a shower arm,

or fitted overhead on the ceiling. By selecting

one, two or three different spray modes, you

can enjoy a unique shower experience, just

the way you like it. The spray mode can be

changed easily using the Select button in the

centre of the spray disc, or via the hansgrohe

friendly and preventing those unwanted splashes.

ComfortZone test.

Which mixer goes with which basin? What is the correct height for a

mixer to avoid those annoying splashes? And how much room should

be left between the washbasin and mixer for ultimate convenience?

Developed by hansgrohe, the ComfortZone test – carried out in

realistic testing conditions – has enabled the company to test

the performance of more than 12,000 combinations comprising

hansgrohe mixer and the most common washbasins of leading

manufacturers. The test includes measurement of the space between

the mixer and the washbasin, splash behaviour at different water

pressures, and splash behaviour when washing hands.

mixers, this button switches the water on and off.

Select technology on the hand shower or overhead shower allows you to switch to different spray modes at the touch of a button.

Thermostats.

Thanks to the integrated Select technology, the water can now be

turned on and off exactly when you need it by simply pushing a

button on the thermostat. Stylishly integrated into the thermostat,

Select buttons enable you to select the spray modes as well as the

shower head.

Mixers.

The prominent Select button ensures easy operation of the mixer.

You turn the water flow on and off at the touch of a button. And

if necessary, you can even control the mixer without your hands,

simply by using your arm or elbow.

Back in 1987 Hansgrohe developed the Mistral Eco hand shower –

a hand shower that not only used half the amount of water but also

saved precious energy used for heating the water. Today, EcoSmart

showers use only six or nine litres per minute, saving up to 60% of

water and energy consumption.

All our showers have flexible silicone jets. Any deposits are quickly

removed simply by rubbing a finger over them. Well looked-after

limescale-free products are not only aesthetically pleasing, they

work more efficiently and last longer.

Mixers.

EcoSmart mixers also save a significant amount of water during

everyday bathroom use. Thanks to this technology, we have been

able to lower the consumption of our basin mixers to just five litres

per minute – as standard.

To make it easier to clean the bathroom and kitchen mixers, the

aerators in our mixers are fitted with flexible silicone lamellae.

Simply rub them with your finger to loosen any limescale deposits.

Innovative ideas for lasting happiness. AirPower technology adds generous amounts of air to the water, creating a soft, splash-free spray whilst

at the same time delivering rich, full water droplets.

Cold water flows when opened in the basic setting. You consume

hot water only when you need it.

Water distributes over the large spray face. Enveloping the whole

body in drops of well-being.

Showers.

Large volumes of air are drawn in through the shower head’s spray

disc. This is cleverly combined with the in-flowing water, resulting

in air-enriched droplets that are larger, lighter and softer. Not only

does this feel great on your skin, but it also significantly reduces the

amount of splashing.

CoolStart is our latest sustainability initiative: When the mixer is

turned on, cold water flows as standard. Hot water is not initially

produced – therefore energy is not used – until you actively turn

the mixer to the left. This feature is available as an option for our

washbasin and kitchen sink mixers.
