Mrs. Wil1iams was well known throughout the corrununity for her involvement in various acti vi ties, particularly church activities. She wns a life member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, the Catholic Women's League and a life member of the Ale x andra H ospi tal ladies auxiliary.

WHALEN: Bill Whalen, 148 George Street, Ing­ersoll died at the age of 30 on Wednesday, Nov­ember 14, 1919. Mr. Whalen died at his home.

Born in London, Ont­ario, he worked as a truck driver. He was a member of the Ingersoll and District Kinsmen Club.

Surviving are his parents, Jean and Connie Collins of Inger­soll and Joe and Sandra Wh<llen of Calgary; his wife Ephie and his children David and Amy, at home.

Mr. Whalen is also sUrvived by his brothers Jim, Joe and Bob, all of Ingersoll; his sister Catherine of Ingersoll and by his grandparents Mrs. Mary Cousins of Ingersoll, Mrs. Anne Whalen of London and Mr. Joe Wha len of Lucan.

Born in Glasgow, Scotland, he worked as a stationary engineer at the hospital. He was a member of St. James' AngJican Church, Ingersoll.

Mr . Hobbs is survived by his wife, the former Haxel Chandler, by his son Allen of Oakville and by his sister, Jean Bushnell of Windsor. Also surviving ,are grand-children Jeff and Marnie. :

Born to the late Peter Stuck and the former Ida Croh, he was an adherent of the Reformed Menonite Church. He was past president of the Kit­chener Rod and Gun Association and was also a member of the Kitch ener Power Squadr:Jil.

Mr. Stuck is sur­vived by his wife, the former Violet Hon­derich; son Paul of Sweaburg; daughters Carole (Mrs. Thomas Frederick) of Innerkip and Beve.rly (Mrs. Robert MacDonald) of Ajax.

Also surviving are six grandchildren and two sisters, Selena (Mrs . Blake Hyde) and Alma (Mrs. Willard

Mrs. Stuck was predeceased by his father and mother and by his stepmother, the former Elizabeth Schamber.
