SCHOOL PROFILE
~50 StRs 80% female 9 new recruits this year 5 to be recruited in 2014, plus 1
interdeanery transfer Expect recruitment of between 8 and 12

RESPONSE TO 2012 AAV RECOMMENDATIONS
1. Group to ensure quality maintained throughout transition
Task and finish group ensured smooth transition. Quality assurance in local authorities by high level
commitment 31 training locations in new organisations
2. Whole School event Held 26th March 2013 at manchester university Evaluated very well, including recommendation to
repeat in 2014 Plans for next event underway

3. Develop training the trainer initiative 2 general events held in march 2013 New educational supervisors accredited Managing trainees in difficulty course march 2013
4. Lead employer HR issues and admin support for study leave and organising courses
2 meetings between head of School and lead employer to address sickness reporting and absence management. HWWB policy in place
