10. The candidate should be in possession of all original documents/certificates viz date ofbirth/educational qualification/SC/ST/OBClDischarge certificate for Ex-servicemen, Domicile certificateand any other relevant certificate at the time of interview. .

11. Unit will not be responsible to pay any compensation in case of injury/deatp of a candidate duringand after physical tests and also reserve the right to rescheduling the date of tesUinterview due tostrike/band/curfew/bad weather.

12. SC & OBC who apply against unreserved post will not be given age and other concessions meantfor SC/OBC. SC/OBC selected on merit vis-a vis the general candidates will not be counted towardsSC/OBC quota. '

13. The post of Tradesman (Mate) is initially on temporary basis' subsequently to be madepermanent after completion of probation period of 02 years .

14. Only the candidates whose applications are found in order wil! be.sent eaU letters and thelist for the same will also be displayed on the notice board at the main gate of 39 Mtn DOU twodays prior to the date of tests . .

15. It is made clear that merely fulfilling. th~ basic qualification requirements does not automaticallyentitle a person to appear for tesUinterviews. The selection will be made strictly on the merit basis. Thedecision of appointing authority regarding selection/rejection will be final. . .,

16. The number of posts /vacancies is tentative. The recruitment process can' be cancelled/suspended/terminated by the Commanding Officer, 39 Mtn DQU, Cto 56 APO: at any stage and hisdecision in this regard is final and no appeal will be entertained.
