the best way to proceed with a number of proposed projects. Some parishioners have been asked to
participate in interviews and focus groups. In addition, in the coming weeks, all parishioners who

The Blessing cup is a Prayer program that prays for Vocations. Each week at a designated Mass a different family takes the
Chalice home and places it on their dining room
table as a reminder to pray for vocations to the
priesthood and religious life at least once a day
with their families preferably when the family
gathers for dinner. Sign up sheets can be found
in the pamphlet racks in both Churches or in the
parish offices or by email: [email protected]. Once
you submit your contact information the Blessing
Cup Chairperson will call you to select a date.

volunteers have already renewed their
Safe Environment Training! Thank you!!! All
volunteers are encouraged to renew their

WANT TO LIGHT A CANDLE?
The candles that are available at our shrines are the only
candles that may be lit in the church. They burn with low
smoke to help reduce cleaning. The 7-day candles are in
glass containers that are designed for high heat and will
not break. Please do not bring candles from home.

Help us grow St. Juan-Diego’s brand-new Hero Board! What’s a
hero board, you say? It is a board that recognizes those from
the military who are active duty, veterans, or have given their
lives in service of our country. The board is located in the
Church Office Hallway on the West side of the Church. If you
know anyone you would like to honor, simply send their picture,
name, rank, and status (veteran, killed in action, active duty) to
[email protected]. All military personnel entered will be
displayed on the board for the parish to honor and pray for
them. Thank you for your help in raising awareness of our
troops’ sacrifices!

Bluetooth enabled hearing devices that work with or without
hearing aids are available at St. Juan Diego Church. You may
check them out/in before & after Mass in the sacristy.

CHAPEL MINISTRY
Set-up assistance is needed on Sunday evenings at St. Mary’s
to prepare the chapel for opening at 7:45pm – this takes
maybe 15 minutes. Cleaning of the chapel is needed every
Sunday at 2pm. This is light dusting & vacuuming that takes
perhaps 30 minutes. If you’d like to help, please contact

¿USTED SABE? ¿QUÉ ES LA COPA DE BENDICIÓN?
La copa de bendición es un programa de oración que se reza por las vocaciones. Cada semana en una misa designada,
una familia diferente lleva el cáliz a casa y lo coloca en la mesa del comedor como un recordatorio para orar por vocaciones
al sacerdocio y la vida religiosa al menos una vez al día con sus familias, preferiblemente cuando la familia se reúne para
cenar. Las hojas de inscripción se pueden encontrar en los estantes del folletos en ambas iglesias o en las oficinas de la
parroquia o por correo electrónico: [email protected]. Una vez que envíe su información de contacto, el Presidente de

¡Ayúdanos a crecer la nueva exhibición de héroes de San. Juan-Diego! ¿Qué es un exhibición de héroes, dices? Es una junta
que reconoce a los militares que están en servicio activo, veteranos o que han dado sus vidas al servicio de nuestro país. La
exhibición está ubicada en el Pasillo de la Oficina de la Iglesia en el lado oeste de la Iglesia. Si conoce a alguien a quien le
gustaría honrar, simplemente envíe su foto, nombre, rango y estado (veterano, muerto en acción, servicio activo) a
[email protected]. Todo el personal militar ingresado se mostrará en la exhibición para que la parroquia los honre y
