Faster, higher, further? The inflationary handling of

values often leads to a meaningless atmosphere at

events. The participants are frequently over-

burdened or only superficially involved and - as a

consequence - remain in a passive, consumer-type

role. It is possible to do this differently, but how?

Decisive Questions and Bold Messages

•  How are the core values of the business

communicated and put into practice?

•  What can participants introduce?

•  How can individual, effective impulses be set

and concrete action parameters defined?

We create decisive messages and develop a scenario

for our clients making sure the contents are

cognitive and emotionally anchored.

The success factors are: •  INTERACTION

•  Undertaking and sharing experiences together

•  EXPERIENCE •  Common experience creates emotional

anchoring

•  SURPRISE •  Abandoning everyday thinking and

habits increases awareness and opens up new perceptions

•  SIMPLICITY •  As much as necessary and as little as

possible… using simple pictures and stories to induce natural cohesiveness

•  In range of a process the check is a sign of professionalism as important as for all other areas where a continued controlling is taken for granted and applied with high precision.

•  In order to be effective the check is not to address like a mere ‘control’ but much more like a further support to the growth of the individuals, the team and of the company.

•  Simple feedback and evaluation mechanisms allow for on-going optimization of actions and a relevant control to assess results.
