ServiceKnight Imaging offers service and support on our range of imaging tables and trolleys. We carry out one-off service calls, yearly preventative maintenance visits as well as offering support contracts.

Planned Preventative MaintenanceOur fully trained engineers service your imaging tables and trolleys ensuring that any potential issues are spotted and acted upon before they become a problem.

We typically carry out these types of services across entire departments – inspecting, adjusting and repairing as we go along – ensuring the best possible lifetime of your tables and trolleys. We will always arrange visits in advance to ensure a swift turnaround and to minimise disruption to your ward or department.

A preventative maintenance visit can be arranged whenever you think you need to have your equipment inspected and checked for faults, safety or potential future problems. Just get in touch to discuss your equipment and make a booking.

Breakdown ResponseFully prepared, with a team of experienced engineers and a stock of parts for all the imaging tables and trolleys in the range, Knight Imaging is ideally placed to diagnose and repair in times of emergency.

Service ContractsKnight Imaging offer support contracts on equipment for up to three years.

Our support contracts include a yearly preventative maintenance visit to ensure that your equipment is fully serviceable. We also ensure that if a problem arises in between our yearly visits, an engineer with an array of spare parts, is dispatched as soon as possible to get your equipment up and running again.

No limits on call outs, no charging for parts and a priority service for support contract customers. This contract is not only the most cost effective way to safeguard against any long periods of downtime for your equipment, but also to protect your department from any unforeseen costs.
