Cyber café on Thursday, March 7 will be closed.

All other Cyber Café Thursdays during the month of March will have normal operation hours. Patrons are invited to enjoy a cup of coffee, hot

It’s time you take a class at your library. This social media phenomenon is not only for teens! After you attend the class, you will have learned

how to connect with friends and family, check and receive messages, make posts to your wall, customize your privacy settings and much,

much more! All you have to do is call the Main Library and register at 364.7024. Two classes are available for your convenience.

Tax season is here, and the

Iberia Parish Library is

hosting the IRS Volunteer

Income Tax Assistance (VITA) services. This is your

opportunity to get your

simple tax forms processed

professionally for FREE.

The service is offered on a

first-come, first-served basis,

however appointments will

be made upon arrival to cut

down on wait times.

VITA will be at the Main

Library on Wednesdays and

Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to

2:00 p.m., and continue until

the last day of services on

April 10.

Remember to bring all

necessary documents needed

to complete your tax forms. (Social security card, driver’s

license, W-2 Form, etc.) For

Flower Pressing Art Exhibit

Alice Lauve will be joining the library and giving a wonderful flower pressing workshop at the St. Peter Branch Library on Saturday, March

23. She will share her flower pressing technique, explain what types of flowers are best to work with, and also help you create your very own

pressed piece of art! This workshop is FREE and is sponsored by the Friends of the Library and Iberia Parish Library. To register, please call

The Parkview Library is excited to debut their Easter Celebration Puppet Show. Make sure to bring your little ones to enjoy the entertainment, and

Iberia Parish Library is proud to announce the display of local artist Alice Lauve’s pressed flower art work. With her mastered technique and

digital reproduction, the flowers almost appear as if they weren't even real. Lauve says that she is inspired by mother nature herself and gives
