Sales Force Automation – Pfizer OyBusiness Problem - Replace current SFA tool with a solution to make sales call management and reporting more effective, speeding up and smoothing out the appointment booking process with the ability to automatically update employee diaries and report on call feedback.

Solution – An SFA solution used for territory planning, targeting and segmentation, detailed analysis and administrative tasks.
