About the Symposium
Sessions
Electrochemistry, a truly interdisciplinary field of science plays a vital role in areas such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Metallurgy and Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Emerging areas such as Nanotechnology and Biotechnology also require vital inputs from Electrochemistry. In order to take stock of the recent developments, the Society for Advancement of Electrochemical Science and Technology (SAEST), Karaikudi in collaboration with CSIR-Central Electrochemical Research Institute
th(CECRI), Karaikudi is organizing the 12 International Symposium on Advances in Electrochemical Science and Technology (iSAEST-12) by involving researchers from all over the world to meet and exchange their knowledge and research experience.The technical programme will mainly feature on Plenary Lectures and Invited Talks by eminent experts, Technical papers in Oral and Poster sessions and a commercial exhibition. Sessions dedicated to hot core and areas of emerging interest are included to invite attention from students, research scholars, scientists, academicians and industries.

Pre-Prints & Registration Kit
Those desirous of contributing papers to the symposium are requested to send their Abstracts through online at http://krc.cecri.res.in/isaest/Home.html along with the duly filled-in pre-registration form before the due date as indicated under important dates. (Abstract guideline & pre-registration forms are available at http://krc.cecri.res.in/isaest/Home.html). The abstract should include objectives of the study, results and discussion along with tentative conclusions. Please indicate the Session name on the abstract and your choice for Oral or Poster presentation. However, the committee reserves the right to reassign presentations. Authors of selected Abstracts will be asked to submit the full paper. Because i
It has been planned to bring out the pre-prints of the papers to be presented at the symposium in an electronic form (containing the full text of the papers). All the delegates will receive a book of abstracts and registration kit at the registration desk.

Registration fee is mandatory for all participants and it includes lunch for three days, two dinner and conference kit.
