Put into bat first by South Africa, Pakistan cricket team could not make use of the brilliant start provided

by wicketkeeper-batsman Sarfraz Ahmed (49 off 49), who capitalised on some inexplicable captaincy

moves from AB de Villiers to take his team to 92-1 in 16.3 overs before a run-out brought an end to his

stay at the crease.

The rest of the batting order, except Misbah-ul-Haq who scored a patient 56 off 86, then faltered as the

team was all out for 222 in 46.4 overs. The game had previously been reduced to 47 overs a side after a

couple of rain interruptions.
