Benefits of entering
All projects
All projects will be featured on our website as part of the People’s Choice Award voting - 2,000 votes were cast in the 2017 awards. We’ll also include a downloadable PDF specifically about your project.
Every project is featured in its own Tweet and Facebook post during the regional People’s Choice voting period. We try to tag as many organisations connected to the project as possible and also link back to the voting page. This reaches almost 1.5k Twitter followers and over 200 Facebook followers.
Shortlisted projects
Shortlisted projects will all be featured in our 2018 awards film. This will be screened at the awards ceremony, highly publicised externally and made available online via YouTube.
Projects that are shortlisted will be considered as subject matter for evening meetings, exhibitions, displays or visits during the following year.
Winning and highly commended projects
Winning and highly commended projects will be featured in press releases following the awards.
Live social media posts will be sent on the evening of the awards, tagging relevant organisations to help you celebrate.
Winners will be given use of the 2018 Award Winners’ logo.
