ICX-Cerec® Adhesive Abutments

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION ICX-CEREC® ADHESIVE ABUTMENT

In each case, a titanium adhesive base from medentis medical is supplied with a non-sterile abutment screw and scan body.All parts are intended for single use only. Custom made mesiostructures or provisional abutments can be bonded onto the titanium adhesive base. The resulting bonded restorations are secured with a connection screw onto the implants. The scan body is used to determine the implant position for the design in the inLab 3D software.

INTENDED USE

The Sirona Dental CAD / CAM system is indicated for the production of optical impressions for detecting the topographical features of teeth, dental castings or plaster models using computer aided design and manufacturing in patients in need of dental restorations and prostheses. The system may also be used in the processing of mesostructures (restorative dental prostheses, which are used in conjunction with endosseous implant abutments).The system, which can also be used in the processing of mesostructures, compromises:■ Titanium bases■ Meso-blocks■ Sirona Dental CAD / CAM design and manufacturing equipmentThe titanium bases are fixed to an implant as a prosthetic titanium base to glue on mesostructures to restore the function and aesthetics in the mouth.
