La società IDeL nasce dall’esperienza accumulata dai soci in 60 anni di attività nel settore dello stampaggio delle materie plastiche. Impresa cominciata dal padre Sig. Desideri Osvaldo con la produzione di articoli casalinghi in plastica, negli anni 70 fu differenziata e sviluppata dal figlio Fabrizio, che iniziò la produzione di vasi e contenitori in plastica per il florovivaismo, che dessero un valore aggiunto dal punto di vista della presentazione della pianta e della qualità dei materiali utilizzati, andando incontro alle necessità di un settore in forte sviluppo.E’ negli anni 80 che inizia la vera crescita e la conseguente espansione dell’azienda: rifacendosi alla tradizione dei vasi Toscani in vera terracotta, IDeL per prima presenta linee di vasi ornamentali adatte anche per l’uso professionale. La società ha da anni una presenza consolidata nel mercato, vanta un portafoglio clienti tra i più prestigiosi ed esporta i suoi prodotti in numerosi paesi fra i quali Europa, USA, Australia, Asia ed Emirati Arabi, e si colloca fra le principali aziende nel settore.Per fronteggiare le sempre più difficili sfide del mercato, IDeL ha realizzato recentemente un nuovo e moderno stabilimento dedicato interamente al reparto produttivo, completamente automatizzato e che sfrutta le più avanzate tecnologie. IDeL can boast over sixty years of experience in the plastic moulding industry. The company was started in the 50s by Osvaldo Desideri and its core business was plastic houseware manufacturing. In the 70s, Fabrizio Desideri, Osvaldo’s son, further developed and diversified production. IDeL started manufacturing plastic pots and planters for growers and nurseries. The new products offered added value both in the way plants were presented and the quality of materials used, thus meeting the needs of a rapidly growing industry.In the 80s, the company started growing sizeably and expanded its production range. Drawing inspiration from Tuscany’s traditional terracotta pots, IDeL was the first to produce decorative pots and planters that were also suited for professional applications. For some years now, the company enjoys a sound market positioning and relies on a prestigious customer base. Products are exported to a large number of countries worldwide: Europe, USA, Australia, Asia and Saudi Arabia. Today, we are one of the top players in the industry.In order to face up the greater market challenges, IDeL has recently built a brand new production site. A very modern, fully-automated factory, equipped with state-of-the-art technology is now supporting IDeL production.

La société IDeL est née grâce à 60 ans d’expérience de ses associés dans le secteur du moulage des matières plastiques.C’est le père, Osvaldo Desideri, qui démarre l’entreprise avec la production d’articles en matière plastique pour la maison. L’activité se poursuit avec le fils, Fabrizio, qui, dans les années 70, se lance dans la production de pots et de conteneurs en plastique destinés aux secteurs de l’horticulture et de la pépinière. Ces nouveaux articles représentent une valeur ajoutée, tant au niveau de la présentation des plantes que de qualité des matériaux utilisés, et répondent ainsi aux nécessités d’un secteur en plein développement. C’est dans les années 80 que l’entreprise connaît une vraie croissance et se développe rapidement : en s’inspirant des pots traditionnels en terre cuite de Toscane, IDeL est la première à présenter une ligne de pots décorés qui s’adressent aussi à l’usage des professionnels. L’entreprise a désormais depuis de nombreuses années une expérience consolidée sur le marché et peut se vanter d’un portefeuille clients parmi les plus prestigieux. IDeL se positionne parmi les principales entreprises du secteur et exporte ses produits dans une grande partie du monde : Europe, Etas Unis, Australie, Asie et Emirats Arabes.Pour affronter les défis toujours plus difficiles du marché, IDeL a récemment construit une usine nouvelle et moderne.Dédiée uniquement à la production, elle est entièrement automatisée et fait appel aux technologies les plus avancées.

Die Gesellschaft IDeL entstand aus der Erfahrung, die die Gesellschafter in 60 Jahren im Bereich des Formens von Kunststoffmaterialen erworben haben.Das Unternehmen wurde vom Vater, Herrn Desideri Osvaldo, mit der Produktion von Haushaltsartikeln aus Kunststoff gegründet und in den 70er Jahren vom Sohn Fabrizio diversifiziert undweiterentwickelt, der begann, Blumentöpfe und Behälter aus Kunststoff für Baumschulen herzustellen, die für die Präsentation der Pflanzen und aufgrund des verwendeten Qualitätsmaterials einenMehrwert darstellten.In den 80er Jahren begann das wirkliche Wachstum und die konsequente Expansion des Unternehmens: Aufgrund der Popularität und der Tradition der Blumentöpfe aus der Toskana aus echtem Terrakotta, verkaufte Idel seine Produkte nicht mehr ausschließlich in Italien, sondern begann seinen Prozess der Internationalisierung, indem es sich auf den europäischen Markt und in die arabischenStaaten ausdehnte.Um die neuen Herausforderungen des Marktes zu gewinnen, hat kürzlich IDel eine neue und technologische Fabrikanlage gebaut. Grazie alla collaborazione con i nostri maggiori clienti, IDeL ha sviluppato un vaso specifico attraverso prototipi e test per produrre piante più sane che avessero un’alta percentuale di successo nel loro processo di attecchimento. Dopo nove anni nasce il vaso Easiroot™ con i suoi 164 fori di 3 mm di diametro ciascuno, uniformemente disposti lungo tutta la sua circonferenza e base.

Unique way to achieve perfect growth. Thanks to our major costumers cooperation, and working with experienced Christmas tree growers, we have developed a unique pot specifically engineered through prototype testing over nine years to produce healthy specimen trees that can be successfully replanted. The Easiroot™ pot has 164 x 3 mm diameter holes uniformally spaced around the circumference and base of the pot.

PLANTINGTrees are planted in the Easiroot™ pot in open ground and left, typically for three to five years. The tree roots grow through the holes but their small aperture restricts the root diameter.

GROWINGExpensive irrigation systems are not required because the constricted roots feed and water the tree from outside the pot. However, fertiliser can be more economically applied inside the pot. RÉCOLTELe pot est levé facilement et les racines restreintes sont arraché. Les racines coupées ont formé un durcissement à l’intérieur du pot. L’arbre est transféré dans un récipient de vente de la même taille.

UMTOPFENDer Topf ist ganz leich aus der Erde herauszuziehen und nur die kapillaren Wurzeln werden von außen abgeschnitten. Die Pflanze samt dem intakten, kreisförmig gewachsenen Wurzelwerk läßt sich einfachst aus dem Easiroot™ herausziehen und in einen Topf des gleichen Durchmessers umsetzen und so für den Verkauf vorzubereiten.

RE-IMPIANTOLe radici callose sono pronte, e crescono velocemente e uniformemente intorno alla zolla. 1. La merce viaggia sempre a rischio del Committente anche se venduta franco destino.2.
