TTL™ 100 Series Material List
Engineered for use on printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic components, the TTL™ 100 Series labels endure harsh environments such as high heat, aggressive fluxes, and caustic cleaners commonly used in the manufacturing process. Materials are intended for top-side, bottom-side, or after process identification.
To achieve optimal print quality and UL recognition, IDENTCO’s circuit board and electronic component labels have been thoroughly tested and qualified to match a TTRR™ Series Ribbon. The superior chemical bond between the label and the ribbon provides permanent component identification.

Designed for cables and wire identification, the TTL™ 200 Series also works on other surfaces requiring conformability. IDENTCO’s universal “site-hole” technology allows virtually any thermal transfer printer to print clear self-laminating labels accurately with minimal waste.
IDENTCO’s wire and cable labels have been thoroughly tested and qualified to match the TTRR™-A ribbon. Combining the wire and cable labels with the TTRR™-A ribbon promises optimal print quality, UL recognition and lifelong product labels.

TTL™ 300 Series labels provide a cost-effective variety of nameplates, rating plates or instructional labels constructed from UL/CSA recognized materials. The label materials require a smooth surface. (For powder coated surfaces, please contact an Application Engineer who can make recommendations on alternative materials.)
