Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd has submitted invorce no.40 for the month of Nov. 2014and after processing of the same payment has been released to M/s SAI ConsultingEngineers Pvt. Ltd and accordingly, statements of calculation sheet is being enclosed.

Four Laning and Strengthening of Barhi-Hazaribaqh Section (Km 00.000 to Km40.500) of NH-33 in the Sate of [harkhand.- Invoice no 40 for the month of Nov. 2014

In view of above, it is requested to deposit Rs 4,76,396.00/- against Invoice no40 for the month of Nov. 2014 in form of Demand Draft in favour of National HighwaysAuthority of India payable at Ranchi as per Clause No. 23.3 of G.c.c. of Agreementbetween NHAI and M/s. Abhijeet Hazaribagh Toll Road Ltd.

Further, it is also to reminded that in the event of delay beyond such period, thedefaulting party shall pay interest for the period of delay calculated at a rate equal to5% (Five per cent) above the Bank Rate, and recovery thereof shall be withoutprejudice to the rights of the Parties under this Agreement includiaq Terminationthereof as per article no 47.5 of the concession agreement.

It is also intimate that the 50% share for the month of December 2012(part),January2013 February 2013 , March 2013 , April 2013 , May 2013 , June 2013 , July2013 , August 2013 , September 2013 , October 2013 , Nov.2013 , Dec.13, January14February 2014, March 2014, April 2014,May2014, June 14, July 2014 , August 2014 ,Sept.14 Rs.455609.00 Oct.14 Rs.432412.00=Rs.1,67,73,967.00 is yet to be receivedby this office.

Hence, you are requested to deposit Rs~2,03,09,933.00 against 50% share ofinvoice for the month of December,2012(part) to Nov. 2014 (out of which principalamount Rs.1,72,50,363.00 and interest Rs. 30,59,570.00 as per our internal AuditReport) immediately.
