• Increasing occurrence of chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes and coronary heart disease
• Weak awareness of prevention, lack of measures
• Serious shortage of health care resources
• Because of high-cost medical care are hard to meet the popular demand
• Current relationship between doctor and patient is very nervous
• High demand for family and senior community healthcare
