Members belong to Communications Society• These 20 Members have common interest on VLSI• All Members belong to the same IEEE Section• Both Computers and Communications Chapters Exist in the

Section• These 20 Members Can Form Another Chapter on VLSI• The New VLSI Chapter will include members of Computer

Society and Communications Society of the Section in a geographical area desired in the original petition
