Payment: Our credit terms for payment by invoice are 14 days’ net. Orders made on account indicate acceptance of these terms and will be subject to a R350 administration charge where payment is to be made by International Bank Transfer into our bank account. Payments made in Rand by credit card or on accounts from within South Africa will not be subject to additional charges. Payment must be received in full prior to the start of the course. All bookings submitted, online, by email, fax or telephone are subject to these booking conditions.
Cancellation:IEMA Foundation Certificate e-learning customers may cancel within seven working days of enrolment (which will be deemed to be the actionable date under s.16 (3) (b) of the Consumer Protection Act 2008 and s. 44 (1) (b) of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 2002) and receive a full refund, provided they have not yet activated their course. No refunds will be given for cancellations more than five days after enrolment or where the course has been activated and where outstanding course fees are due for payment on 14 day credit terms. No refunds will be made for international payments made by credit card. Refunds to international bank accounts will only be made to the account where the funds originally came from. Any additional bank charges for refunded payments will be paid by the client. Separate terms may apply to multi-user or content licence bookings.
