Getting Past Negativity Trauma & Anxiety Relief, Phobias, Guilt, Shame, Low Self-Esteem, Pain Control Meridian Tapping, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). A unique form of acupressure to relieve stress and physiological pain.

A tapping procedure restoring the balance of the energy system as it neutralizes emotional conflicts at their source. EFT is easy to apply. Learn the technique while teaching your body that you will honor and respect your needs.

An amazing basic technique - Be open to the experience, participate ‘even if it’s with skepticism’ Use EFT as a tool for a more peaceful life You can pull up what bothers you and turn it off, on purpose. You pick the emotional upset or fear or anxiety, focus on it and use EFT to resolve it. This energy stuff works - there is an off switch for those nagging negative thoughts and emotions.
