Doodle.It’ssimple,right?Anyonecandoodle.Itisjustmakingmarksonthepagewhileyourmindisbusythinkingorlistening.Yourbraindoodleswithoutjudgment,withoutthinkingorgivingcommands,andwithoutexpectationsabouttheprocess.Disengagedfromyourinnercritic,flowingalonginthemoment,youarepresent.Likealeaffloatingonamovingriver,doodlingisfullyitselfandatthesametimemovingwiththecurrent.
