IFBB NOCCO NORDIC PRO

The Nordic Pro saga started in 2012 and it is the longest run profes-sional event in the IFBB Pro calendar right after Arnold Classic. Our reputation of organizing perfect competition is by the pro athletes who have year after year attended our show. We want the audience and the pro athletes feel like being at the World Championships.

2019 IFBB Nocco Nordic Pro will have 5 divisions: bodybuilding (open), men’s physique, fitness (with free routine), wellness fitness and bikini fitness. The winners of all the categories at the IFBB Nocco Nordic Pro will directly qualify to the IFBB Elite Pro World Championships.

CONTEST INFORMATION

ARRIVALS AND AIRPORTOfficial arrival day is October 4, 2019. Helsinki-Vantaa International Airport is the nearest airport.

There are hourly bus lines between Helsinki Airport – Lahti – Helsinki Airport. The cost for bus ticket is 20 € from Helsinki Airport to Lahti and back to Helsinki Airport. The venue is 105 km from Helsinki and it takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes by bus.

PRO ATHLETES MEETINGThe official arrival day is Friday, October 4th, 2019. The Pro Athlete Meeting will be held on Friday at the Lahti Fair Centre congress rooms

(location of Nordic Fitness Expo) on 21:00. All athletes must attend the Pro Athletes Meeting, no exceptions!

HOW TO ENTERThe deadline for entering the competition is September 23rd, 2019. The final decision to allow an athlete to compete in this event rests with the IFBB NOCCO Nordic Pro Organizing Committee.

To enter this event an athlete shall have renewed or purchased the IFBB Elite Pro card for 2019. One can do this at https://www.elitepro.gbisportinnovation.com/new-licence and once the process have been completed, an athlete will receive a password to send entries to the IFBB Elite Pro contests.

The entry for 2019 IFBB Nocco Nordic Pro shall be send no later than 23rd of September through the IFBB Elite Pro entry system at https://www.elitepro.gbisportinnovation.com/licence-access

All athletes will have to show their passport and 2019 IFBB Elite Pro Card at the Pro athlete meeting.

VISASIt is National Federations responsibility to obtain an entry visa for the country organizing the championship. Pro Athlete could ask for an Invitation Letter either from the Championship Organizer or the IFBB Elite Pro. The invitation letter does not mean you are granted your visa. IFBB Elite Pro and Champion-ship organizer are not responsible of attendant visas.

To receive invitation letter, the applicant should forward to the IFBB Elite Pro or Championship organizer a copy (scan) of his/her passport. If the visa is not granted, the Cancellation Policies for the event will still apply.

An athlete, who requested and received an invitation from the IFBB Elite Pro or the Organizing Committee of an IFBB Elite Pro sanctioned event for visa purposes and uses that visa to unlawfully stay in the host country or any other country, will be subjected to the disciplinary proceedings and measures.

The pro athlete is responsible to carefully control the proper, legal use of the visa and it will be subjected to a fine and/or a suspension, in case of any misuse and/or unlawful utilization of the same visa.

BADGESEach pro athlete participating in the championship will be provided with two (2) badges at the pro athletes meeting. These badges allow a two-day admission to the Nordic Fitness Expo (expo area). Each pro athlete will be handed at the pro athlete meeting an extra wrist band for AVEC for entering the show.

IMPORTANT INFORMATIONAll the costs for traveling, hotel accommodations, transportation to and from the airport, as well as meals, are on responsibilities of the pro athlete.
