IFC COLOS is 100% privately owned Kazakhstan

company with head office in Almaty.

IFC COLOS was established in 2005 and initially

called IFC TS Service.

To expand the scope of activity and to achieve

the next stage of development The Company was

rebranded in 2011.

all over the world.

IFC COLOS is a part of Asia Invest holding, which companies are

working in the fields of tourism, real estate, consulting and etc.

Over 8 years of existence The Company got a reputation of reliable

partner which offers appropriate to the world standards service to

the Clients.

From 2007, considering high level of services rendered to the

customers, the Company was able substantially increase the

turnover.

In 2012 The Company reached 37 918 837,00 US dollars

(*preliminary calculation).

In 2013 IFC COLOS plans to reach 48 million US dollars

turnover.

standards of Total Quality Management system (TQM) and has

the following certificates:

KZ108-QC – ISO 9001:2008

KZ108-SC – OHSAS 18001:2007 (safety of work) KZ108-EC – ISO 14001:2004 (environmental safety)

Determining the quality of services as its competitive

advantage, IFC COLOS passed optional certification of freight

forwarding services in compliance with the State standards of Republic of Kazakhstan – ST RK 1294-2004.

Since 2010 IFC COLOS is a Member of

International Freight Logistics Network

– IFLN. This fact is our advantage in

searching of the reliable partners in the

whole world. It has a positive effect on the security of cargo and helps to

maintain the high reputation of the

Company.

In 2011 The Company entered into the

Unified Register of potential suppliers

of goods and services of JSC

National Welfare Fund Samruk-

Kazyna with the registration number 5046.

In 2012 IFC COLOS was registered

as a member of First Point

Kazakhstan (FPK), the supplier

management system for the Oil &

Gas sector in Kazakhstan.

Present time the staff of IFC COLOS is 58 persons.

Railway freight forwarding:

IFC COLOS has a strong position as railway freight forwarder within the

territories of CIS, EU and Asia.

The Company has direct contract with Railway Authorities of Republic of

Kazakhstan and wide network of agents and partners in other countries.

IFC COLOS provides full range of railway services:

Organization of railway transportation within the territories of

Kazakhstan, CIS countries, Western, Central and Eastern Europe,

China, Mongolia and Afghanistan;

Organization of oversized, long-measuring and heavy-lift cargoes

transportation;

Elaboration of schemes of cargo loading and fixing on transport units

and its adjustment with Railway Administrations;

Organization of cargoes transportation under specified temperature regime and other type of specific goods;

Provision of rolling stock for rent.

Railway terminal construction at border point with China - Korgas for

the handling and reloading of packaged, bulk cargoes and containers;

Airfreight:

IFC COLOS is agent of ETIHAD Cargo, as well has contracts with agents of such air carriers as Lufthansa, KLM, Cargolux. The Company has direct contract with Air Astana, Delta Air, Sayakhat.

IFC COLOS Air freight department is located in Almaty International airport that allows us to provide prompt services for the clients.

The Company renders the following airfreight services: Organization of international export-import cargoes transportation; Organization of international transit and transferring transportations; Organization of cargoes express delivery; Organization of local air transportation, including the shipments

under customs control (customs transit);

Organization of specific cargoes transportation: hazardous, valuable,

cargoes under specified temperature regime;

Chartering of the air crafts for international and local transportations.

Organization of FTL transportations;

Organization of consolidated cargoes transportation;

Cargo customs clearance at the destination point;

Terminal handling at destination railway stations and railway station fees

payment;

Commercial acts and act of General form issue;

Cargoes inspection and survey services;

TIR Carnet closure;

Issuing of transit customs declarations on borders of the Republic of

Kazakhstan, such as Dostyk, Sary-Agash, Lugovaya;

Control over the crossing borders of cargo and representation of

Company’s aims on a mentioned border stations of Kazakhstan.

Cargoes custom clearance and terminal handling :

Transportation of such kind of cargoes is managed by the team of specialists, certified in safety engineering and handling.

For each project is carried out preliminary road survey and analysis of the planned routes of transportation. Plan of works is preparing based on cargo specificity and clients’ requirements.

Before project execution technical analysis and facilities assessment is arranged. It allows competently organize the working process, effectively and on time perform work on the project.

2012 IFC COLOS organized equipment transportation for Troitskaya hydropower plant reconstruction in Russia.

During 2011 IFC COLOS specialists provided preliminary road survey, analyzed routes of transportation, type of transport units that would be required for the project realization. As well preliminary document support was done, negotiation with official road and railway authorities allowed us to start the project in time.

IFC COLOS team took part in planning and developing of the following projects:

AGIP KCO in Kashagan oilfield

During the process of working under this project there were carried, customs cleared and delivered to the destination over 2 millions freight tons of different equipment from all countries of the world.

The project execution included delivery of equipment for Kashagan oilfield from all parts of the world. According to peculiarity of cargoes there were used different ports of Black and Caspian sea and particular routes of transportation.

Gas utilities plant constructed by BATEMAN In this project IFC COLOS specialists took an active part in equipment

transportation for Israel company BATEMAN – major contractor of Agip KCO. The work was done as outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, and on

the territory of the Republic, at the seaport Aktau and Atyrau river port .

Transportation of 2 gas turbines and 2 generators on 4 transporters Model - M-14-6055, capacity of 120 tons

For the delivery of heavy equipment (3 economizers, 2 steam turbines,

generators 2 and 1 steam boiler) through the river port of Atyrau, the river port

was completely renovated in order to unload the mentioned equipment arrived

by barge Buek-003, then moved on special trailers T-91 to the job site.

In the process of loading and unloading operations in ports and in job sites were used modern appropriate equipment with participation of qualified personnel.
