◈ PAYMENT SCHEDULEYour exhibition will be confirmed upon receiving the 30% of total exhibition amount. -The initial deposit (30% of the total amount): Within 30 days after submission of application form -Final payment (70% of total amount): August 30, 2018.-Booth space will be assigned by the LOC according to the booth total fees, the date applicant’s application form and deposit is received. -All the benefits will not be applied when the full payment is not made by August 30, 2018. -Cancellation before April 30, 2018: 50% of full payment will be refunded. Cancellation after May 1, 2018: No refund available.

IFEA WEC 2018 Exhibition Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions, because it constitutes a legally binging agreement between IFEA WEC 2018 organizing committee and sponsors. The exhibitors will be bound by the following terms and conditions. As used herein, “you” refers to the exhibitors.

1. IFEA WEC 2018 shall have absolute discretion over who may be a exhibitor. No exhibition rights may be assigned or shared without the prior, written approval of IFEA WEC 2018. IFEA WEC 2018 reserves the right to offer exclusive sponsorship/exhibition opportunities as it sees fit.

2. Contractual conditions are constituted only after IFEA WEC 2018 has sent written confirmation of acceptance of sponsorship/exhibition application to the Sponsor/Exhibitor. Any company that disobeys the directives of the IFEA WEC 2018 may be excluded from the exhibition/sponsorship benefits by the IFEA WEC 2018.

3. The organizer undertakes to allocate exhibition space/sponsorship items space as per sponsorship entitlement, or as far as possible basis of the preference expressed by applicants. The organizer reserves the right, in case of absolute necessity, to modify the positioning of stands, with no obligation to provide compensation to Exhibitors/ Sponsors.

4. Payments must be made in US dollars. Please note that all the associated costs (wire-transfer charges) should be paid by the sender. 30 percent deposit is required to secure the exhibition of your choice upon receiving an invoice from IFEA WEC 2018. The balance must be remitted no later than August 30, 2018. Failure to do so will result in being barred from exhibition the event.

5. Cancellation of this contract or reduction of sponsorship level must be in writing.

6. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold the Organizer harmless, the event facility, the owner of such facility, and the city in which this event is being held, and their respective officers, agents and employees, from and against all bodily and personal injury, loss, claims, or damage to any person or any property arising in any way from the sponsoring company, its employees, agents, licensees, contractors or customers.

7. In the event that IFEA WEC 2018 shall be delayed or prevented from holding the scheduled event or otherwise performing any duties hereunder as the result of an

act of God, acts of public enemy, war, blockade, embargo, strike, epidemic, landslide, earthquake, fire, hurricane, storm, flood, explosion, terrorism or threat thereof, or any other cause, whether of the kind enumerated herein or otherwise, that is not within the control of IFEA WEC 2018, then: (a) IFEA WEC 2018 shall have no liability to you for any such delay, nonperformance or failure to exhibit; (b) no refund will be due.

8. Any dispute or controversy of any kind relating this contract or the sponsorship provided hereunder shall be resolved by the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board in accordance with is applicable rules then in effect.

9. The validity, interpretation and performance of this agreement shall be controlled by and constructed under Commercial Act of South Korea.
