Deliberations at IGCW
What is “Industrial Green Chemistry?”
An ecosystem for creating real-time value for chemical companies by providing and seeking relevant Services, Technologies, Product, Expertise & Solutions.
A commitment towards triple bottom-line benefits of Profit, Social Responsibility and Ecological Sustainability
A focus to recognize emerging global trends in the direction of Sustain ability and Environmental Safety
A platform to familiarize Industrial GC&E not as a different genre of chemistry but as an integral way of doing Chemical Processes
A context that goes beyond the theoretical understanding of ‘green’ chemistry and engineering (GC&E)
An attempt to bring GC&E based products, process & technologies from the corridors of laboratories to the cauldrons of industry

IGCW Symposium
Each Day of IGCW is to distinguish the existing paradigms of unsustainable manufacturing of chemical products in the background of
emerging sustainable trends and practices.
All 9-i (eye) Vision Themes will be catalyzed to distinguish unworkable trends, strategies and practices leading to new possibilities, new
phenomenon, new opportunities, new strategies, and new practices to Innovate, Integrate and Implement tangible and intangible, direct
and indirect benefits of running a Sustainable organisation in the direction of triple bottom lines- People, Planet & Profit.
* Not inclusive of local taxes as applicable
With more than 20 Industrial case-study presentations by experts and Industry leaders, over three days, around 9 Themes - is to zoom-into various aspects of industrial green chemistry and engineering practices and its
implementation.
IGCW (eye) Vision Theme Approach:
The structure of IGCW Symposium is uniquely
adapted on the 9-i (eye) Vision Themes to take
the Green Chemistry Industrialization and
implementation concepts beyond the
confines of the laboratory to the corridors of
industry and create tangible and intangible
benefits for all stakeholders of the chemical
industry.

Based on the feedback as received from the Industry representatives in 2009, IGCW-2011 launched a series of subject
specific Seminars consisting of domain expertise and focused presentations by experts to bring forth technical insights
and its commercially viable methodologies. Each of these 3 hour Seminars consists of around 3-4 case-study presentations by Speakers who are domain experts. These Seminars are designed to create a metaphorical 180 shift from the existing know-how to an implementable paradigm for Industrial
Green Chemistry and Engineering practices as door-step solutions.
