WHO IS A RISK? This area is directly adjacent to South

Eastern High School, and there are other schools in the neighborhood, allowing for the exposure of a substantial number of children to hazard.

The community around the school is diverse in age, these too are subject to hazard.

CHARACTER OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD Although many vacant lots and

abandoned buildings exist in the area, there is a community of people working hard to keep their neighborhood safe and clean. Surveyors were approached several times with inquiries as to what they were doing, many individuals were genuinely interested in the survey.
