Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road at US 129, Gwinnett County, GA Dear Tyler: NV5 Engineers and Consultants, Inc. conducted a trip generation and distribution analysis for the 311 multi-family units to be located at the corner of Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road and US 29 in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The site is adjacent to Moore Middle School. Primary access will be on US 29, east of Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road and west of the entrance to Moore Middle School. The secondary access will be northeast of US 29 and southwest of Moore Middle School. The site plan is attached to this letter. Based on the rates and equations contained in Trip Generation, 10th Ed., ITE, 2017, the site is expected to generate the following number of trips:
