34th National Games, 2007 to be held at
Ranchi.
The housing complex shall be
self-contained
sustainable

IIDC to partnered with APIIC to help Sports Authority of
Andhra Pradesh access the National Games Village.
Normally Govts fund the National Games Village
In 2001-02, IIDC developed a strategy for a Games Village
Development Agreement bid out for PSP
GoAP was provided right for access to the Village facilities within
11 months from Agreement
The Village housed 10,000 athletes for One month of Games at
no cost.
The project was successfully bid out (with inputs from HDFC)
and IVRCL has hosted the National Games 2002 to the
satisfaction of all stakeholders.
The project is now a model for other States

Tourism: Jal Mahal Project
Jal Mahal, an 18th century monument, is located in a waterbody called Mansagar Lake in the Jaipur Amer touristcorridor.
The project offers development rights to private investor todevelop tourism and entertainment products on 100 acres of land adjoining the Mansagar Lake.
