Preface
Overview
The AboutMyLoan website allows you to view your loan and payment information, make a payment and update your personal information.
The web user guide contains the following sections:
• Register User• Sign In/Sign Out Options• Account• Payments• Payoff• User Profile• Contact Us• Comments• Help
The Register User section gives you instructions on how to register on the website for the first time or if you forgot your User ID.
The Sign In/Sign Out section gives you instructions on how to log in and log out of the website.
The Account section provides a snap shot of your account as of close of business yesterday.
The Payments section gives steps on how to do one of the following:
• Pay Online with Western Union Speedpay• Sign-up, Change, or Cancel your Automatic Payment Plan• Pay by Phone• Pay by Mail• Pay in Person
The Payoff section gives you an estimated payoff quote.
The User Profile section allows you to update your address and/or phone numbers. The borrower may also change their email address.
Note: Only borrowers who have loans with a financial institution using CSC’s text messaging service will be able to sign up for text messaging on the User Profile page.
The Contact Us section details how to contact the Lender’s Customer and Insurance Service Center.
The Comments section details how to send an email if you have an issue concerning any section of the website.
The Help section includes the AboutMyLoan Website User’s Guide.

Website User’s Guide 7
Borrowers with loans paid off, loans in repossession status, charge-off loans, etc. are not allowed to self-register. You will not be able to self-register if your User ID has been disabled.
Borrowers with past due loans and loans with a due date of today are not allowed to set-up automatic monthly payments.
Site Availability
The site is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The support number is 1-800-225-3563.
Browser Compatibility LevelsTo use the AboutMyLoan website please be sure that your browser is compatible. Below are the browser compatibility levels:
• Internet Explorer = IE8 - 11• Safari = 5.1.7• Chrome = 41.0• Firefox = 31.4
PC Settings
General Display Settings
It is recommended that your computer display setting be set at 1024 x 768 pixels for viewing.
To change your computer display setting:
Step 1. Click the “Start” button on your computer.Step 2. Select Settings.Step 3. Select Control Panel.Step 4. Select Display.Step 5. In the Display window select the Settings tab at the top.Step 6. Move the Screen Area bar to 1024 x 768.
PC Settings for Viewing PDF’s
Pop-up blockers and alternative applications must be disabled on the Browser toolbar for the form to display. You may also need to add this website as a Trusted site.
To enter this website as a Trusted site, click on Tools > Internet Options.
Step 1. Click on the Security tab, then click on the Trusted sites option. Step 2. Click on Sites. Step 3. Add this website URL in the Add on this Website to the zone: field. Step 4. De-select the Require Server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone radio button. Step 5. Click “Add” > “OK” to complete the process.

Sign In the AboutMyLoan Website
Follow these steps to access the website for the first time:
Step 1. Enter the appropriate web address in the Address box on your Internet browser:
www.aboutmyloan.com
A Sign In page is displayed when the correct website address is entered.

Step 2. Enter your User ID and password. If this is the first time you are signing in, click “Register User” to setup your User ID and password. See “Register User” on page 12 for more information.

Register User
Use this page to setup your User ID and password. You will need your ID and password each time to access this website.

Step 1. Enter your information in the following fields:• Office Identification Code: - Enter the office ID code. This is a 10 digit number located
on your Welcome letter and billing statement.• Account Number: - Enter your account number. This is the 11 digit number located on
your Welcome letter and billing statement.• Last 4 digits of Your Social Security Number: - Enter only the last four digits of your
SSN.• Your Residence Zip Code: - Enter the mailing zip code for your loan.• Your Email Address: - Enter your email address. You may enter up to 36 name
characters and 36 characters for the email subscriber.• Re-Enter Your Email Address: - Re-enter your email address.• What would you like as Your User ID: - Enter up to 12 characters for your user ID.

• What would you like as Your Password: - Enter a Password that is 8-12 characters long.
Note: Your password must contain 1 number (0-9), 1 uppercase letter (A-Z), and 1 lowercase letter (a-z) special characters are optional. Do not include spaces. Please do not use sensitive information, such as your social security number, account number, driver license number, etc. as your password.
Note: You may receive one or all of the following errors if the above fields are not entered correctly:

Note: If you hover over the “Remember My User ID on this Computer” box the following message is displayed:
“Checking the “Remember My User ID” box will securely store your User ID on the computer you are currently using. For your security, only your User ID will be saved. You will still be required to enter your Password to access your accounts. To turn off this feature, simply remove the check at any time.
When you use the “Remember My User ID” function, your User ID is stored on the computer you are using. To protect your account, you should not use this feature when accessing your account from a public computer such as those located in a library or Internet cafe.”
Step 10. Click “Sign In” to access the AboutMyLoan website. The Account Information page is displayed with your loan and insurance information as of close of business yesterday.

Login Issues

You can access this page by selecting the Login Issues link at the bottom of the page.
This page provides a phone number for the BPO customer service and web site technical support. The Email link, when launched, opens a page whereby you can send an email to the aforementioned groups. The page also includes details and embedded links on how to retrieve your User ID and reset your password.
Password guidelines are noted at the bottom of the page for reference.
If you have forgotten your User ID, select the FORGOT USER ID link, complete the field requirements and your User ID will be sent to your email address on file. Refer to “Forgot Password” on page 22 for complete details.
If you have forgotten your password, select the FORGOT PASSWORD link, complete the field requirements and an ACCESS link will be sent to your email on file. Refer to “Forgot Password” on page 22 for complete details.
Step 11. Click the Return to Login hyperlink to return to the Sign In page.

Expired Password
Step 1. If your password will expire in the next five days the message shown above is displayed. You only have the remaining “grace login days” referenced in the message box before your current password expires. You may continue with the login process using your current password or you may change your password now by selecting the Change Password hyperlink. See “Change Password” on page 27 for instructions.
Step 2. If you changed your password more than 90 days ago the above message is displayed when you try to login. Click “OK” to access the Change Password page. See “Change Password” on page 27 for instructions on how to change your password.

Once you click “Sign In”, the Account Information page is displayed.

This page displays the following information:• Borrower name, address and phone numbers.• Co-borrower name, address and phone numbers (if applicable).• Vehicle, property information, or no description (for unsecured loans) .• Contract detail.• Payment information.• Recent payment activity.

Make A Payment
Use this page to make a payment using one of the following options:
• Pay Online with Western Union Speedpay - Use this link if paying with a pinless ATM card, debit card, or entering an ACH payment.
• Set-up Automatic Monthly Payments - Use this link to set-up automatic monthly payments.• Pay by Phone - Use the number listed to pay by phone.• Pay by Mail - Use this link to print your most current statement and mail in a payment or click the
Contact Us hyperlink to obtain the mail in address.• Pay in Person - Use these links to make your payment at a Western Union or MoneyGram location.

Pay Online with Western Union Speedpay
To make an online debit, pinless ATM, or an ACH one-time payment through Western Union Speedpay follow these steps:
Step 1. Click on the Set-up hyperlink to access the Western Union Speedpay Terms and Conditions.
Note: If you or your bank is not set up in the system, the following error message is displayed:
“Your attempt to access the payment options has failed. Please try again or contact the website administrator at 800-555-5555.”

Step 2. Read the Terms and Conditions of using Western Union Speedpay.Step 3. Click in the “I have read and accept these terms and conditions.” checkbox and then click “I
Agree”. This transfers you to the Western Union Speedpay Main Menu.

Make A Payment - ACH
From the Western Union Speedpay Main Menu you can make a payment, manage your payment accounts and view your payment history.
Step 1. To make a one time ACH payment using your checking, savings, or money market account, click the ACH hyperlink. You will be transferred to the ACH Payment - Account/Payment Data Entry page.

Account Information - ACH PaymentStep 2. In this section verify or enter the following:
• First Name, Last Name: - Verify the first and last name of the borrower on the loan.• Account Address Line1: - Verify if the address is correct. If the address is not correct,
enter the correct street address.• City, State, ZIP: - Verify the correct city, state and zip code.• Phone Number: - Enter the correct phone number. This is an optional field.• Email Address: - Verify or enter the correct email address.
Payment Information - ACH PaymentStep 3. In this section enter the following:
• Payment Date: - Select from the calendar or enter the payment date if the correct date is not displayed.
• Payment Amount: - Enter the amount to be paid if the correct amount is not displayed. If you enter an amount greater than $10,000.00 you will receive a message. See “ACH Payment - Account/Payment Data Entry page” on page 42 for example of message.
• Fee Amount: - Fee charged for processing the online payment. • Total Payment Amount: - The total amount of payment is displayed.
Note: If your address changes and your new state is a ’no fee’ state, the following message is displayed on the ACH Payment - Review page:
“The state has been updated to a no fee state. The fee amount has been updated to $0.00.”
Payment Method - ACH PaymentStep 4. In this section enter the following:
• Bank Account Type: - Select the type of account from where your payment will be deducted. Your options are Checking, Savings or Money Market.
• Routing Number: - Enter your bank’s nine digit routing number. See example of check below the Banking Account Number field to find where the bank’s ABA number is located. That number is validated against the Bank Code list.
• Banking Account Number: - Enter your bank account number. The minimum length for the account number is four and the maximum length is 22.
Note: If you would like the system to remember your information, click in the ’Click here to save this account information for future payments.’ checkbox.
• Account Nickname: - Enter an account nickname. If you check the checkbox and do not enter an account nickname you will receive a message. See “ACH Payment - Account/Payment Data Entry page” on page 42 for example of message.
Step 5. Click “Continue” when you have finished entering your information. The ACH Payment - Review page is displayed.
Step 6. Click “Back” to access the Main Menu page.

Step 7. Review the payment information you entered. If all is correct, click “Make Payment”. If you need to make changes, click the “Back” button to return to the ACH Payment - Account/Payment Data Entry page.

Step 8. Once you have made the payment a confirmation of the payment is displayed. Using your Internet print option, print the payment confirmation for your records.
Step 9. The following confirmation email message is sent to the email address entered on the ACH Payment - Account/Payment Data Entry page.

• Fee Amount: - Fee charged for processing the online payment. • Total Payment Amount: - The total amount of payment is displayed.
Note: If your address changes and your new state is a ’no fee’ state, the following message is displayed on the Debit Card Payment - Validate Card or ATM/Debit Card Payment - Review page:
“The state has been updated to a no fee state. The fee amount has been updated to $0.00.”
Payment Method - ATM/Debit Card PaymentStep 3. In this section enter the following:
• Card Number: - Enter the ATM or Debit Card number.
Note: If you would like the system to remember your information, click in the ’Click here to save this account information for future payments.’ checkbox.
• Account Nickname: - Enter an account nickname. If you check the checkbox and do not enter an account nickname you will receive a message. See “ACH Payment - Account/Payment Data Entry page” on page 42 for example of message.
Step 4. Click “Continue” when you have finished entering your ATM/Debit card information. If you are entering debit card information the Debit Card Payment - Validate Card page is displayed. If you are entering ATM card information the ATM/Debit Card Payment - Review page is displayed.
Step 5. Click “Back” to access the Main Menu page.

To set-up an automatic monthly payment follow these steps:
Step 1. On the Make A Payment page, click on the Sign-up, Change, or Cancel hyperlink to access the Automatic Monthly Payment page. You can only change or cancel automatic payments if they have been previously set-up.

Note: If you have a monthly payment frequency and your due date is on the last day of the month you will see the following phrase displayed in the Day your payment will be withdrawn from your bank account each month field, in the Current section instead of a date:
“Last day of the month”
Note: If you have a monthly payment frequency other than once a month you will not see the following field - Day your payment will be withdrawn from your bank account each month.
Step 2. Enter the following information in the Payment Amount - New section:• Additional Principal Amount: - Enter any additional amount over your scheduled
monthly payment. When you tab to the next field, the Total Authorized Payment Amount field is automatically filled with the amount calculated by the system. If the calculated Total Authorized Payment Amount is greater than $10,000.00 the following error message is displayed.
Note: Click “OK” to enter an allowable amount. The Additional Principal Amount field is revalidated when the “Add/Change Information” button is clicked.
Step 3. Enter the following information in the Personal Banking Information - New section:• Select Account Type: - Select the type of account from where your payment will be
deducted. Your options are Checking or Savings.• Enter Your Bank ABA/Routing Number: - Enter your bank’s nine digit routing number.
See example of check above to find where the bank’s ABA number is located. That number is validated against the Bank Code list.
Note: The following error message is displayed if the ABA/Routing number is incorrect:
“Invalid bank ABA/Routing Number.”
• Enter Your Bank Account Number: - Enter your bank account number. • Confirm Your Bank Account Number: - Re-enter your bank account number to confirm
the accuracy of your entry. The minimum length for the account number is six and the maximum length is 17.
Note: The following error message is displayed if the Bank Account numbers entered do not match:

Step 4. Click in the “I accept the ACH Terms” checkbox to accept the ACH terms. You can click on the ACH Terms hyperlink to read the terms and conditions. See the “Direct Withdrawal Authorization Form Agreement” on page 65.

Step 5. Click “Add/Change Information” to make an update to your payment information.

To make a payment by phone, please call the number displayed. The number displayed depends on the company you are logged in to.
Pay by MailStep 1. Click on the Print hyperlink to access a current billing statement. A simplified version of your
