. WHEREAS the Lord Chief Justice of Northern. Irelan:d in exer~ise of the powers vested in."·him by sub-section (1) of section ten of the· Illegitimate Children (Mfiliatiori Orders) Act (Northern Ireland), 1924, (hereinafter referred to as" the Act "), made rules entitled the Illegitimate Children (Mfiliation Orders) Rules, 1925, (hereinafter referred to as " the Principal Rules ").
AND WHEREAS section four of the Summary Jurisdiction (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (Northern Ireland), 1946, applies the. provisions of section six (other than sub-section (5) thereof) of the Summary Jurisdiction (Separation and Maintenance) Act (Northern Ireland), 1945, to the enforcement of Affiliation Orders made under the Act.
