Please join us on Saturday, Sept. 7, 2019,for the 69th Secretary of State VehicleShow and Swap Meet. The show will beheld in downtown Springfield at SecondStreet and Capitol Avenue, east of theState Capitol building.

The auto show will feature the finestclassic, antique and sport vehicles inIllinois, as well as firetrucks andmotorcycle classes. Several new classeshave been added. The antique tractorexhibit and swap meet will be back againthis year as well.

To commemorate GMC Trucks, onetruck will be honored with the show’sspecial Marque Award. The PontiacTrans Am, Indian Motorcycle and GMCTruck are featured on this year’s specialevent license plates. The plates may bedisplayed on your vehicle from mid-Julythrough the date of the show and kept asa memento for years to come.

Come out and enjoy the dazzling displayof steel and chrome or stop by our swapmeet. We look forward to seeing you atthe show!

Spectators free.• Display class will not be judged. Vehicles for sale allowed. • Overnight parking available at 411 E. Monroe St., Springfield, IL 62701.• Please use Second Street for entry to showfield.• Registration gate opens at 7 a.m. and closes promptly at 10 a.m. NO LATE

ENTRIES allowed on showfield. Vehicles must be through the gate and parkedby 10 a.m. even if entry is pre-registered.

• It is not mandatory for owners to remain with their vehicles during judging.Some owners will judge other classes, but judges with cars entered will neverjudge their own class.

• Committee members will have “Display Only” cars.• All convertibles must have tops up during judging. After judging, convertible

tops may be lowered for the remainder of the show.• Display of trophies, plaques, emblems, tool kits, pictures and other items is not

permitted in the vehicle or the area prior to or during judging. These items maybe displayed after judging and are encouraged.

• First-, second- and third-place awards will be given in all classes listed forparticipants present at the awards ceremony at approximately 3 p.m. in theregistration area (corner of Second and Monroe streets). You may bring yourown lawn chair. All vehicles must remain on the showfield until the awardsceremony ends. Please remember the chief judge reserves the right todetermine final classification of entry.

• Please call Mike Hall, chief judge of the Advisory Board, at 217-494-7105 withjudging questions about your vehicle’s class verification before the show to ensurethe best possible outcome. Please call 217-557-7220 with show logistic questions.

Dear Vehicle Enthusiasts,

Please join us on Saturday, Sept. 7, 2019,for the 69th Secretary of State VehicleShow and Swap Meet. The show will beheld in downtown Springfield at SecondStreet and Capitol Avenue, east of theState Capitol building.

The auto show will feature the finestclassic, antique and sport vehicles inIllinois, as well as firetrucks andmotorcycle classes. Several new classeshave been added. The antique tractorexhibit and swap meet will be back againthis year as well.

To commemorate GMC Trucks, onetruck will be honored with the show’sspecial Marque Award. The PontiacTrans Am, Indian Motorcycle and GMCTruck are featured on this year’s specialevent license plates. The plates may bedisplayed on your vehicle from mid-Julythrough the date of the show and kept asa memento for years to come.

Come out and enjoy the dazzling displayof steel and chrome or stop by our swapmeet. We look forward to seeing you atthe show!
