Services
IMC Software Factory is currently able to provide thefollowing services:
• Package of SAP applications support (minimum 3 months)
• SAP applications support by requirement
• Outsourcing ABAP Jr/Sr at customer´s location
Package of SAP applications support
IMC’s analyst can be assigned at client’s facilities or perform periodicalmeetings, remotely or on site, to define requirements and service status.
Note: this service has to be contracted for no less than 3 months.
Service includes:
• 3 ABAP Jr developers (remote)
• 1 project manager (ABAP Sr analyst)
• 1 documents developer• Support 6 days a week from Mon-Fri 8:00am to 6:00pm (Saturdays are optional)
• Creation and delivery of requirements documentation by the analyst
• Creation and delivery of technical documentation and user’s manual by factory’s documenter.
• Unlimited developments (new developments, application support, functional changes)
SAP application support byrequirement
Every development and requirement will be quoted separately. The clientshould contact IMC for the analyst to be assigned; analyst will gather requirementinformation and will send it to the development team; the analyst is not going to beassigned permanently to client’s facilities (on site) he might be physically with customerduring requirements gathering and for status follow up meetings.
Service includes:
• 1 temporary analyst (not exclusive)• 1 developer by requirement (remote)• 1 document developer• 30 days warranty for errors, support and debug with no extra cost.• Support 6 days a week from Mon-Fri 8:00am to 6:00pm (Saturdays are optional)
• Requirement documents developed and delivered to customer by IMC’s analyst• Operation and development documents created and delivered to customer by the
analyst.
SAP Outsourcing (resource on site)
This service will be quoted normally as ABAP consultantassigned by project; the resource assigned should meet the clientrequirements.
