    meet the requirements of the Quality Improvement plan

    strategies to meet the goal/objectives

    success measure

    due date and progress notes

    Preparing Reports Against

    The Quality Improvement Plan Progress reports are submitted as a component of the

    developmental cycle of the Quality Improvement plan.

    Report formats could include interviews, written reports,

    maintaining the progress in the progressive notes column on

    the plan and exception report (raised when indicators not

    being met).

    Discussions may occur in staff meetings.

    Stakeholders who may require reports may include auditors,

    directors/owners, regional managers, centre educators,

    parents and external evaluators.

    Sources of Feedback

    Stakeholders may provide feedback through:

    Offering new strategies

    Advising on alternative resources

    Time challenges (discussion on the use of time management)
