• If Intensive Instructional Services are being provided on-site (High School) during school day, review team will visit one classroom

• If services are provided by LEA off-site or outside the school day, review team will conduct a visit to one location

• If Intensive Instructional Services are being provided by an entity outside of the LEA no visit will be conducted
