Accelerated Readers Go Skating!
Students who read and met their Accelerated Reader goals the first and second nine weeks were invited to go skating at Jammers Skat-ing Rink in Orangeburg on Wednesday, March 5, 2014. They had a blast!
Not only did they free skate, but they played video games, ate snacks at the canteen, won priz-es, and ended the visit doing the limbo!
All students will have an-other opportunity to go in May.

Mr. Cameron’s seventh graders enthusiastically participated
in their first frog dissection. Armed with safety gear and dissecting
tools, students prodded, poked, sliced and diced their target while fol-
lowing the explicit instructions of their dissection class guide. Much to
their amazement many discovered that their frogs were carrying their
last meals of beetles and flies. The ultimate goal of the scientific pro-
cess is to help the students understand the body and the wider world.
