Parents…..we are down to the wire & our Castoro event is next week-end. It’s not too late to collect Auction donations. Please get your final donations to Leslie Gottesman this week. We all need to do our part in order for this event to be a success. To arrange for p.u. of large items contact Leslie at 719-213-4598. All other items should be turned into the Donation Box & certificates should be placed into the Drop box located in Mr. Conrad's office. THANK YOU THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO HAS VOLUNTEERED TO HELP AT THE EVENT, DONATED AUCTION ITEMS AND OFFERED TO TAKE APPETIZERS If you haven't already let us know what you can bring or how you can help, IT IS NOT TOO LATE.....We still need YOUR HELP!! Winterguard is selling water, sports drinks and ice cream and Castoro tickets at the event and the pep band will be performing from 9:30-10:30 Setup begins at 9am and must be done by 10:30am for the booth; cleanup begins at 1pm and must end by 2:30pm Pep band call time 9am, per-forming from 9:30-10:30 at the start line

CASTORO

Band call time at Castoro Cellars is 2:15pm on Sunday, May 1st. Wind Ensemble & Strings should be in Tuxes or Concert Dresses; Jazz Band should be in performance attire.

Parking is in back at the event parking area.

Absolutely no parking in front or in back by the pa-tio/kitchen area. Handicapped parking (w/placards) is located adjacent to kitchen/patio area.

All funds from this event are put back into our AHS Band & Pageantry program, for all students. All forms of payment will be accepted at the event, including cash, check & credit.
