Importing DNA sequences into Geneious using standard(non-pro) version.

Note-more than just 18S so you will need to exclude the rest

18S sequence: 1-1873

This will download the whole sequence, but keep in mind that once in geneious you will need to trim the excess/non-18s seq.Select fasta format, select download, then you will get a boxAsking open with? Choose geneious

Here it is. You should probably rename the sequence to:Bos taurus_Chordata (example)
