Importing  Grades  into  Skyward    

   

   

         

Click  on  a  class  in  Homeroom.      Click  View  Gradebook.                      Your  assignments  will  appear.      Click  Export  Grades        Note:    You  can  only  export  one  assignment  per  class  at  a  time.              Select  the  assignment  to  export.      You  do  not  to  change  the  format.      

       

     

   

Download  the  file.    When  you  save  it,  make  it  a  unique  name  and  save  it  on  the  desktop  or  another  place  that  you  will  remember  where  it  is  located.  

Create  an  assignment  in  Skyward  as  normal.    Then,    on  the  Assignments  tab,  clip  Import  Assignment  Scores                      Select  the  assignment    you  want  to  import  grades  to.  

 

   

     

 

After  you  select  the  assignment,  you  will  import  the  file  that  you  downloaded  from  Homeroom.    The  grades  will  populate  below  the  import.    Select  Use  Imported  Score.            The  grades  will  pull  up  in  the  assignment  page.    Click  Save.    Notice  the  *  is  in  place  where  there  were  no  grades  to  import  from  Homeroom.
