Relationships and AuthorityReports to either the National Human ResourceManager, Human Resource Director or the ChiefExecutive in a smaller company
Supervises either qualified and/or clerical staffdependent on the size of operations.
Qualifications and ExperiencePreferred tertiary qualifications in an appropriatediscipline combined with eight years or moreexperience in personnel functions
Requires the ability to negotiate and communicatewell to all levels of employees and management
