Nonwoven fabrics provide specific functions such as absorbency, liquid repellence, resilience, stretch, softness, strength, flame retardancy, washability, cushioning, filtering, use as a bacterial barrier and sterility. These properties are often combined to create fabrics suited for specific jobs, while achieving a good balance between product use-life and cost. They can mimic the appearance, texture and strength of a woven fabric and can be as bulky as the thickest paddings. In combination with other materials they provide a spectrum of products with diverse properties, and are used alone or as components of apparel, home furnishings, health care, engineering, industrial and consumer goods.

Nonwoven fabric is a fabric-like material made from long fibres, bonded together by chemical, mechanical, heat or solvent treatment. The term is used in the textile manufacturing industry to denote fabrics, such as felt, which are neither woven nor knitted. Nonwoven materials typically lack strength unless densified or reinforced by a backing. In recent years, nonwovens have become an alternative to polyurethane foam.

Ecology Conscious: All of our products contain at least 30% of recycled material.

Standard Production Time: 3 to 5 Business days on catalog quantities 1 color / 1 position (Does not include embroidery or laser engraving). Embroidery and Laser Engraving items will be shipped out in 5 to 7 business days. Completed order and approved artwork must be received by 1:00 CST or it will be considered as received the next day.

Rush Service: If you need your products delivered within 24 to 48 hours please call to see if your needs can be accommodated. Upon approval from factory the service will be provided free of charge. This depends on the availability and load of work so rush service is not guaranteed, unless approved by our factory. We will try our best to fulfill your request.

Less than minimum: $50 (G) per item / per order. The absolute less than minimum permitted is 50% of the

lowest catalog quantity published according to the product selected.

Paper Proof: FREE of charge and required unless waived by customer.

Product Proof: Available upon request at $40.00(G) per color / position plus EQP price of item. Revisions will

be charged as a new proof.

Virtual Spec Samples: FREE of charge.

Purchase Orders: Must be sent via fax to 866.205.295 or email to impressline@impressline.com and include order number, required ship date, as well as number, color, price and quantities of items.

Acknowledgment: Orders will be acknowledged within the hour via fax or email.

Over/Under Runs: We always try to ship exact quantity. However, we reserve the right to ship 5% over or under the quantity ordered and bill accordingly.

Artwork: Please send camera-ready artwork to artwork@impressline.com stating the PO# in the subject line.

Acceptable Media: Artwork must be sent in vector format on Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, Freehand, or Photoshop. All artwork must be in vectors.

Embroidery: Please send digitized files in .dst format, if not send .jpg. Digitizing is FREE of charge when purchasing our items.

Imprint Size & Position: Product will be imprinted on the best part possible and as large as possible at our designer’s discretion and experience unless otherwise specified.

Samples: Items totaling $10.00 or less, free of charge. Otherwise, they are charged at EQP. Freight is always to be covered by customer.

Shipping: All items and orders are shipped FOB Laredo, TX. Impressline has no control after shipment has been turned over to the freight carrier so we cannot guarantee method of shipment and we are not responsible for delays or damages in route. No claims for freight carrier delays will be accepted.

Split / Drop Shipments: $5.00(G) each location plus freight.

Blanks: Charged at EQP - 10%. No minimum order required

Claims: In order for claims to be considered, we must be notified by writing 10 days after the order is delivered. If the case presents were there is a defect in material or workmanship we will issue a Return Approval Number. Without this number no merchandise will be accepted for credit or replacement. Impressline will always stand behind its products and their quality.

Cancellations: Must be sent by writing. A charge of $50.00(G) plus cost of all current work in process will apply.

Liability: All merchandise becomes customers’ property and responsibility once it is shipped out of our warehouse.
