CASE STUDY Saﬅey Awareness Exercises HSE Training programs conducted for contractor in-charges. Quiz program conducted for the safety marshals once in a quarter. On the spot quiz compeon conducted along with ‘safe man of the month’ funcon. Suggeson Scheme conducted for safety marshals. Safety Engagement & Management Contractors conduct HSE meeng with their supervisors to communicate the HSE issues in the work area. Monthly Audits conducted by contractor in-charges in their respecve work areas. Weekly Tool Box Talk (TBT) conducted by contractor supervisors. Tool Box Talk conducted in the night me before the work starts. Special Training Program for the Contractor Supervisors/Safety Marshals. Tool Box Talk made mandatory for even a small contractors. Non Destrucve Test (NDT) Contractor in-charges included in the Safety Commiee Meeng & reporng of NMR encouraged. Best Safety Marshal of the Year awarded.
