- functions as a depository for the agreements and contracts concluded within the OSJD framework

Work on improvement of transport law
Harmonization of the two legal systems – COTIF and SMGS, for example the widest use of the unified CIM/SMGS consignement note and extend the field of use in the direction of China, Mongolia and Kazakhstan.
