    Task 1:

    Exhaustive list of the factors which affect the sale of our product the most :

    1) Environmental Factor is ranked as the topmost factor as in ACs category the most

    important factor is the regions climatic conditions. ACs market depends on the changing

    environment of the country and will have potential where the countries having temperature.

    2) Technological Factor is ranked as 2nd

    factor in the list as technology plays an importantrole in deciding the market of AC. The country having advanced technology is a less

    potential for Godrej ACs as they already far ahead in terms of research &development as

    compared to our country.

    3) Economic Factor is ranked as the third factor as sale of any product also depends on the

    economic conditions of the country .The country having high GDP and good per capita

    income will have more potential to buy ACs in comparison to the countries with poor

    economic conditions.

    4) Social Factor is on the 4

    position as the cultural and demographic factors have asignificant impact on the sale of our product.

    5) Legal Factor is ranked as 5th

    factor because for entering into any international market

    legal specifications and clearances cannot be overlooked as they can act as hurdles in the

    operations of the company.

    6) Political Factor is ranked as the last factor because before entering into an international

    market the political scenario of the country should be kept in mind in order to tackle any

    discrepancies coming from the political arena.

    Task 2:

    Out of the 10 countries as the potential markets for Godrej ACs we have shortlisted the name

    of 45 countries which match with the characteristics of PESTEL factors. They are:

    Kuwait: As it has dry desert; intensely hot summers; short, cool winters

    Italy: Predominantly Mediterranean; Alpine in far north; hot, dry in south

    Spain: Spain is one of the warmest countries in Europe. Spain has a predominantly warm

    Mediterranean climate, with dry summers and winters with balanced temperatures. Here you

    can enjoy more than 3,000 hours of sunshine per year. It is no surprise, then, that this is one

    of the warmest parts of Europe.

    Greece: Most of Greece has a mild climate. Summers are warm and dry, particularly in the

    southern coastal areas.

    Iraq: Most of Iraq has a hot arid climate with subtropical influence. Summer temperatures

    average above 40 C (104 F) for most of the country and frequently exceed 48

    C (118.4 F).
