The Fastest Growing Economy in the World
as projected by PricewaterhouseCoopers, Vietnam has become one of the world’s most attractive investment environments.
Hanoi is at the top of the list.
Home to 22 of the nation’s top 50 universities, specializing in the fields of technology, science, fine arts and medicine, Hanoi is the
largest center for higher education in Vietnam, where over 1.6 million students are educated by a faculty of 60,000. In addition,
workforce as industrialization and modernization in the region creates increasingly sophisticated jobs.
Ecopark, positioned directly in the path of this growth, engages the best of international urban planning to build upon these
principles and create a sustainable community model that will both educate and employ experts in higher-technology industries.

Set in an Ideal Location
Hung Yen ProvinceSince its establishment in 1997, the Hung Yen Province has
experienced substantial growth. Due to its location near to
the capital city of Hanoi, excellent connectivity by road, rail,
and waterway, and government initiatives to develop
modern infrastructure and industrial zones, the province has
successfully attracted over 400 industrial projects, with more
than 50 of them foreign-invested. In addition, it has quickly
become the 2nd most densely populated province in
Vietnam. Ecopark, in the heart of this rapidly developing
region, will provide an accessible and attractive solution for
suburban expansion.

Ecopark’s Story
with an annual population growth estimated at 3.5%,
inadequate existing infrastructure, pollution, and an
undersupply of housing are contributing factors that have
created a need for expansion and a demand for new
master-planned urban areas.
Ecopark, as the largest urban township in northern
Vietnam, is positioned to not only satisfy the housing,
infrastructure, and environmental demands of the region,
but also to develop a community with a unique identity to
provide an unprecedented quality of life to its residents.
Imagine having the opportunity, for the first time, to
escape from the endless confines of steel and concrete and
the chaotic streets of Hanoi and wake up each morning in a
verdant park, with clean streets and fresh air, without
sacrificing the proximity to the city center, convenience of
modern services and amenities, or the familiarity of cultural
traditions.
With nearly 500 hectares,
Ecopark is an entirely self-sustaining city: a place for over
100,000 residents to work, play and raise their families. It
provides an ideal mix of residential areas to accommodate
families with different needs and preferences, from quiet
gated communities, to towering high-rise condominiums
with panoramic views of the countryside. All of these
communities will be seamlessly integrated with scenic open
space and connected by a network of aesthetically pleasing
parks and pedestrian thoroughfares so that residents and
visitors may safely and comfortably move about their city.
of Ecopark enables it to
simultaneously develop into a hub for both tourism and
commerce. A multitude of destinations in the surrounding
region provide the critical mass to support a boom in
cultural and eco-tourism in and around the city. Advanced
industry in the evolving commercial district will generate
thousands of high-value jobs and create an anchor for the
community in the heart of the rapidly developing Hung Yen
flexible master plan will enable the city to develop to
consistently and effectively meet the demands of the future.
100-meter wide interprovincial highway, will funnel all of this
activity directly through the heart of Ecopark, truly
positioning the city as
a multi-functional gateway.
Within the communities, residents will benefit from quality
education for all ages, state-of-the-art medical facilities,
planning will not only add significant value to their homes,
but will also enhance their well-being. With this population
comprising a productive workforce and a strong
consumer base, investors will find ample opportunity to
add value to their businesses.
Ecopark is committed to providing the highest level of public
service to its residents at affordable costs to ensure an
community will boast over 110 hectares of “green and blue”
space, accounting for more than 22% of the total land area
and providing a peaceful, natural environment for families to
enjoy. Future residents can already feel the difference, relating
the ecological experience of Ecopark to being “immersed in
nature.” But with environmental sustainability at the core of
development, Ecopark will also be a leader in eco-friendly
initiatives, not just a city with safe neighborhoods, clean
streets and lush landscaping. Seemingly a world away from
Hanoi, yet only a 20 minute drive by car on the
interprovincial highway.
Most importantly, Ecopark is culturally relevant, which is
critical in a country steeped in rich tradition. While
incorporating innovation that will expedite modern
development in this region, it will also purposefully maintain
a distinctly Vietnamese identity, with the integration of
typical Vietnamese, Buddhist and Feng Shui design features
in the urban layout and architecture.
Ecopark is different. It serves many purposes and satisfies a
variety of needs. In Ecopark we are not just building homes;
we are constructing a new standard of living. And we are
helping our residents to achieve balance in their lives. As we
develop this city together, our firm commitment is to provide
residents with a healthier, safer, better way of living, without
making any sacrifices.
16
Building a WideVariety of Complete& Livable Communities
A healthy and balanced lifestyle breeds productivity. We provide
a broad selection of different ambiances for our residents, from
cosmopolitan living in towering high-rise condos to the luxury of
waterfront villas with civic, cultural, and commercial amenities
integrated into the communities. Tranquil green spaces provide
relaxation and pedestrian mobility.
17
Generating UniqueOpportunitiesfor Commerce
