At Arrow we do things differently. We are more than just a janitorial supplier. We have over a thousand
customers across the UK, with extensive experience working with leisure and
retail, facilities management, local authorities, educational establishments,

An example of the Innovation Programme at KFC
CONCEPT Following our detailed investigations, we used these insights to generate our ideas and concepts. We defined the critical points to which a new product must conform in order to deliver a successful outcome.
FINAL RESULT After a process of refinement we arrived at a final product designed to meet the needs of the cleaning team whilst saving them time and increasing efficiency.
PRODUCT DESIGN Using our expertise in product design we developed a range of concepts ranging from incremental to adventurous. These were shared with different levels of authority within KFC in order to refine and rework to a prototype stage.
