Baking bread

About 50 varieties of bread are baked in this bakery

It is small bakery with 36 workers only.All the main work is done at night so we did

not see all the process of making and baking.We could see all the gadgets used in bakery

and special vans for delivering bread as wellBecause of reconstruction process in the

bakery we can try to make ( to form) only black bread you can see in this PPT.

CONCLUSION

It is not easy to work in the bakery because of hot and night shifts

To make good bread you have to follow recipes

Only excellent ingredients can be used to bake tasty bread

Baker is very useful occupation
